WORK EXPERIENCE

Work Experience Week – 2024. We are pleased to report that all our Year 10 students successfully completed their Work Experience Programme this academic year. It was lovely  speaking to the employers at the end of Work Experience Week to hear how well the students had done and subsequently read the fabulous written feedback in the Employer Review section of their work experience journals.

A big thank you to our Year 10 parents who were so proactive in the process of securing placements for their son/daughter. If you have student going into Year 10 next academic year it’s never too soon to start thinking about looking for a placement – some employers get booked up very quickly – so do get in touch via email (jwhitby@khs.education) to discuss any possible placement ideas. Similarly we would welcome emails from any parents whose employer would be interested in offering a work placement to a KHS student next summer term – June 2025.
