A trilogy in cultural awareness!

These opportunities are offered to year 9s, 10s and 11s, during the early Autumn, in consecutive years.  This gives our most intrepid students occasion to experience these three amazing countries.

Our international residential program is designed to deliver opportunities for our students to develop their transferable skills and cultural awareness as they journey through school and on to college and work.

Experience has shown us that, for year 11s in particular, our students return from these residential trips more mature, better prepared for the next chapter in their lives and far more focused toward the demands of their final academic program.

Up Coming Autumn residential to The Bay of Naples Autumn 2025

The Bay of Naples offers an opportunity to blend ancient history with the dramas of Vesuvius all amidst the architectural splendour of Pompeii and the iconic cliff hanging towns of the Amalfi coast. As always there will be opportunities to wander the streets for gifts and street food in Sorento and Amalfi as well as trying our hand this time at creating truly Italian style Pizza.  Interspersed we will get to experience the Bay of Naples crossing back and forth by ferry, the catacombs of the Amalfi cathedral and finally walk through the underground world of Naples, caverns, catacombs and chambers built out of the rock.

Our hotel for the trip is centred in  Piano di Sorrento.

Applications for this trip will be available later in the Spring Term.
