Full time Science Teacher Required for KS3 and KS4 up to GCSE.
Suitable for an NQT
We are a growing school with a clear vision to make a difference to pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties.
Our Science Department gets good GCSE results in terms of value added. Many of our pupils are very able but require a creative approach which makes teaching Science particularly fun. Experience of SEN is useful, but training will be given.
Classes are small, with around 5 – 7 pupils on average. Behaviour is good so you are able to teach and there is an excellent team spirit among the staff, with sharing of good practice, mentoring and a high level of support.
We are looking for someone who will be committed to the development and progress of students, able to facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and you will be the sort of person who enjoys a collaborative team working style, relishes a challenge and is creative.
We are recruiting as applicants apply therefore an appointment may be made before the closing date of Friday 5th April 2019.
Our school and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students. The successful applicant will be subject to a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure and checks regarding proof of ID, medical clearance and the right to work in the UK.
If you would like an application form please contact Melanie Naclerio, School Business Manager on 01483 797032 or email email@example.com.
